30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Contaminated Packaging – If the product arrives with a damaged or compromised package.
  • Defective or Faulty Product – If the item is defective or does not meet quality expectations.
  • Wrong Item Received – If you received the wrong product.
  • Change of Mind – If you decide to return an unused and unopened item.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be in original condition (unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging).
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate a Return

Please contact us at support@homeflairfurniture.shop and provide the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Order Number
  • Reason for return

Once your return request is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label within 1–3 business days along with further instructions.

Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Step 2: Repack and Ship

Carefully repack the product in its original packaging. Attach the provided order number to the parcel and ship it to the return address given by our support team.

Important: Only items returned to the specified address with the order number attached will be processed.


Step 3: Provide Tracking Details

Send us the tracking number of your return shipment along with your order number. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Step 4: Refund Processing

Please allow 2–5 business days for us to inspect the returned item. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Used or damaged items are not eligible for a refund.


Order Cancellation and Modification

Customers may request order cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing an order. Please email us at support@homeflairfurniture.shop as soon as possible.

After 24 hours, your order may have already been processed and shipped.


Restocking & Shipping Fees

  • No restocking fees are applied.
  • Return shipping fees will not be reimbursed unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping costs and arrange for a replacement or refund.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item due to preference or change of mind, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.

Return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund in such cases.
